All 3 popular game have a Battle Royal theme and follow the same basic gameplay mechanism.
However, in PUBG Mobile Light & Free Fire, the Battle Royale game takes 60 & 50 players landing on the battlefield, while on COD Mobile’s Battle Royal Games have 100 players land on an island to battle against each other.
The battle at COD Mobile takes about 30-35 minutes to complete. Meanwhile, the match in PUBG Mobile Lite and Free Fire lasts up to 15–17 minutes.
THEIR GRAPHICS
Free Fire has a vibrant color scheme but fails to give realistic touch. While PUBG Mobile Lite is as realistic game as PUBG Mobile. It has great texture and good color contrast for each frame.
On the other hand, COD Mobile has the best graphics among the 3. It offers richer textures, higher map detail, higher contrast frames, depth shadows, and better customization.

As previously said, COD Mobile is bulkier and requires more and more device customization to run smoothly. Therefore, it is probably not the best game for a 2 GB RAM device.
