Corona’s growing transition a week lockdown in Pune: After increasing the corona infection once again in six states of the country, the central government has directed all the states to increase the scope of the investigation.

The Center has written a second letter to the states asking them to extend the RT-PCR investigation with immediate effect.

The states have been given strict instructions that there should be no harm in it.

Corona cases have increased from 165 to 364 in SBS Nagar in Punjab in a week. The weekly infection rate in Maharashtra is 8.10 percent and in Kerala is 7.90 percent, while at the national level the rate is 1.79 percent.

The ministry says that as cases have increased in some states, there is a need to increase genome sequencing in the affected districts.

New strains of the virus may occur in these districts. Recently three types of strains confirm in India including South Africa and Britain.

1.Center asked states to implement these things immediately
2.The RT-PCR probe should be amplified so that the probe number is improving.
3.Focus on strict control with strict and comprehensive monitoring in selected districts.
4.Monitoring of cluster cases through genome sequencing post-test.
5.Focus on clinical management in districts reporting more deaths.

One week lockdown in Amravati:

 

Amravati district of Maharashtra has a lock for a week from Monday. Minister Yashomati Thakur said on Sunday, due to the increasing infection, the lockdown has been decided from 22 February to 1 March at 8 am.

Vaccination campaigns must conduct four or more days a week:

 

Amid rising cases of corona, the Center has asked states to expedite the corona vaccination campaign.

Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that to speed up the vaccination campaign, states and union territories would have to run the campaign for four days or more days a week, then in the second phase, people over 50 years of age would be in a hurry.

Immunization should be done soon. As of 21 February, a total of 1,10,85,173 people have been vaccinated.

Three crore people are to be vaccinated in the first phase.

Night curfew in Pune, school-college closed till 28:

 

In Pune, all schools and colleges have been closed till 28 February following rising cases of corona infection.

People are not allowed to leave, except only those associated with essential services from 11 am to 6 am.

Corona’s growing transition a week lockdown in Pune: Pune’s Divisional Commissioner Saurabh Rao said that private coaching institutes will also remain closed till February 28.

However, the library will open with 50 percent capacity as the competitive examinations are close. On Saturday, 998 new cases were reported in Pune, while 9 people died.
