India ranks third in terms of the highest number of billionaires

India ranks: Mukesh Ambani, president of Reliance Industries, has regained the position of Asia’s richest person, beating Chinese businessman Jack Ma. According to the latest survey report by Forbes magazine, India has the largest number of billionaires in the world after America and China.

America has the highest number of 724 billionaires than any other country. It is followed by China with 698 billionaires and India with 140 billionaires in third place. It is followed by Germany and Russia.

Jeff Bezos on top for a fourth consecutive year


Amazon CEO and founder Jeff Bezos topped Forbes’ 35th annual list of the world’s billionaires for the fourth consecutive year. Forbes said Bezos has net assets of US $ 177 billion, up from the US $ 64 billion a year ago.

Elon musk in second place


Second on this list is Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, whose wealth rose the most in dollar terms. Musk’s total assets increased by $ 126.4 billion to $ 151 billion over the previous year. Last year, he was rank 31st on the list with $ 24.6 billion. Forbes said that the main reason for this was the increase of 705 percent in Tesla’s shares.

Mukesh Ambani got 10th position


Mukesh Ambani, the richest person in India and Asia, was rank 10th in the list of global billionaires. He regained the status of Asia’s richest person with assets of US $ 84.5 billion. Last year, Jack Ma of China was the wealthiest person in Asia. In this list, Ma fell from 17th place to 26th place last year.

India’s second wealthiest person got 24th position


Gautam Adani, president of the Adani Group, the second richest person in India, is rank 24th in the global list of billionaires with assets of US $ 50.5 billion. However, after the release of the list, profit-booking led to the decline in shares of the Adani Group and according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Gautam Adani’s net worth declined by $ 3.03 billion, or about Rs 22,543 crore, in a single day.

India’s third-richest person got 71st place


Shiv Nadar, the founder of HCL Technologies, is the third richest person in India and ranks 71st globally. His total assets are US $ 23.5 billion.

Cyrus Poonawala in 169th place


Cyrus Poonawala, chairman of the Poonawala Group and founder of the Serum Institute of India, is rank 169th on the global list and seventh in the list of Indian billionaires.
