Petrol-diesel prices hit a hat-trick, oil became costlier by Rs 8.75

Petrol-diesel price:  The inflation of petrol and diesel is not taking its name to stop. Petrol diesel prices have increased for the third consecutive day on Friday. Government oil companies have increased the prices of petrol and diesel by 35-35 paise per liter while releasing new prices on Friday morning. After the latest hike, the price of petrol in Delhi has reached Rs 108.64 per liter and diesel to Rs 97.37 per liter.


Talking about other cities of the country, in the financial capital Mumbai, petrol is available for Rs 114.47 and diesel 105.49, in Chennai for Rs 105.43 and diesel 101.59, in Kolkata for Rs 109.12 and diesel for Rs 100.49.

Petrol costlier by Rs 7.45, diesel by Rs 8.75

Petrol is getting costlier since the 24th of last month. While petrol became costlier by 20 paise on September 28, diesel also became costlier by 25 paise per liter. All petroleum products are becoming expensive due to crude oil prices reaching beyond $86. The price of petrol has increased by Rs 7.75 per liter in a month. Since September 24, the price of diesel has increased more than that of petrol. During this, it has become costlier by Rs 8.45 per liter.

Petrol price crosses Rs 100 in these states


Let us inform you that the price of petrol has crossed Rs 100 in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh. Petrol price is the highest in Mumbai.
